I've always loved bean products. Tofu is also a common dish on the table. I've made Mapo Tofu, homely tofu and tofu soup. I love this fried tofu. I think it's so delicious
Step1:Prepare tofu. Cut into triangular pieces as shown in the picture. Cut the block a little thicker. Spare.
Step2:Mince ginger and garlic, mince millet and pepper, mince shallot and scallion. Set aside.
Step3:One scoop of soy sauce, two scoops of oyster sauce, white pepper, 56 scoops of drinking water. Mix it into sauce for use.
Step4:Two eggs break up.
Step5:Pour the egg liquid into the flat plate, so that the tofu pieces can be evenly stained with the egg liquid (as shown in the picture).
Step6:Do not stick the oil in the pot and heat it.
Step7:Fry tofu in hot oil.
Step8:Fry until golden on both sides.
Step9:Fry all the tofu cubes.
Step10:In another pot, put in a small amount of oil. After heating, add in the ginger and garlic foam and stir fry. Then pour in the tofu. Stir slightly. Then pour the prepared sauce into the pot. Simmer for about 5 minutes (the time depends on the amount of juice).
Step11:Out of the pot. On the plate. Sprinkle with shallots and serve. Super fragrant. My two-and-a-half-year-old baby ate more than half of it.
Cooking tips:1. You must use a non stick pot to fry tofu.. 2. You need to be patient when frying tofu. Turn it over after it is golden. 3. There's no need to put any more salt. It's enough with soy sauce and oyster sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
