Anaemic people can eat and nourish.

Step3:Put the eel in the pot. Take the scissors and cut the tail. Let it swim the blood out
Step4:Remove the core and crush the redwood. Put the meat and ginger into the pot at the same time
Step5:Cover it, open the fire and boil it. Then change it to a small fire and boil it slowly for about 40 minutes. Add soy sauce, cooking wine and salt to taste.
