Because I love rice dumplings so much. The ones outside are unsanitary. So I made them myself. It's delicious.

Wrap the center of the glutinous rice into a ball shape. 3. Bend the left hand slightly, and bend it into a mountain shape. Press a little glutinous rice to form a triangle shape. Then turn the glutinous rice several times. 4. Press the left and right sides inward with your fingers. Let the two sides bulge. Put the shaped ones on the glutinous rice plate. Then wet your hands and rub them with a little salt. 5. Reshape the glutinous rice once, so as to blend the salt in the hand into the glutinous rice. 6. Put peanuts and lean meat in glutinous rice and press slightly to make them stick tightly.
Step6:After finishing, use the pressure cooker to press for about an hour, and then you can eat it.
Cooking tips:It's better not to soak glutinous rice for cooking.
