Step1:Wash anethole head, cut off head and tail, cut anethole head into thin shreds, soak anethole head shreds in ice water, squeeze the top half of lemon juice and soak for 1020 minute
Step2:Cut the thin shreds of yellow sweet pepper; cut the small sections of coriander; mix olive oil, lemon juice (less), vinegar, soy sauce, salt, honey and garlic to make the sauce
Step3:Put the shredded fennel, yellow sweet pepper and coriander in a large bowl, add the sauce and mix well; add a little red pepper before serving.
