Step5:Put brown sugar in sesame chips. I took this picture specially. Because it's the authentic brown sugar that my mother-in-law brought from Zhejiang. It's not from the factory. It's the real ancient sugar cane. The color is not so deep. The brown particles inside are. It's almost invisible when mixed with sesame chips.
Step6:Add some white granulated sugar and condensed milk to sesame sugar. The filling will be wetter. It's not completely broken. It's easier to pack the filling. It turns out that the flavor is better.
Step7:Pull the sweet potato and glutinous rice flour into a uniform size of the dosage. One by one, wrap it into sesame filling. Make a small round cake. The middle is thick and the edge is thin. It's flat.
Step8:In the oil pan, fry the sweet potato cake with oil. The sweet potato cake is small and thin. It's very ripe. It's bubbling soon. It's golden in color. Control the oil. Put it on the plate
