Mustard to reduce fire &
Step1:Wash and dice mustard.
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger and garlic. Add minced meat and red pepper.
Step3:Then add mustard. Stir twice and add a tablespoon of rice wine. Stir (rice wine should be along the edge of the pot. Do not sprinkle it on the dish directly.)
Step4:When the mustard is almost ripe, add some salt and mushroom essence.
Step5:When the dishes are cooked, you can start cooking.
Cooking tips:It doesn't matter if red peppers are used for decoration. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
