Step1:Wash and dry the cowpeas first.
Step2:Cut up the dried cowpeas. Chop the garlic.
Step3:Put the chopped asparagus and garlic into a glass bottle (I use a tofu bottle). Mix well with salt. The salt only needs to be used for cooking.
