Step1:Soak rice in water for 20 minutes after washing.

Cooking tips:1. The proportion of rice and water is not fixed. If you want to eat rice that is a little softer, you can add some water. 2. If there is no casserole, it is OK to use electric rice pot and cast iron pot. 3. After the rice mentioned in step 4 is stewed, pour some oil along the edge of the pot. Then there will be delicious pot. 4. Put the ginger on the sausage. The steamed sausage will be more fragrant. 5. Drop a few drops of oil into the water for blanching and scalding vegetables. The color of the blanched vegetables is more bright. 6. If you can buy potted rice sauce, you can omit the steps of mixing sauce. 7. The heat should not be too large.
