Step1:Clean the crabs, open the lid, remove the gills and the heart. Chop the crab. Add salt. Cooking wine. Marinate for a while.
Step2:Heat up the oil in a hot pot. When the oil temperature is 6.7% hot, dip the cut of the crab with dry corn starch. Fry the crab red in the pot and drain the oil.
Step3:Leave a little oil in the pan. Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic. Add pepper, dried red pepper and stir fried star anise.
Step4:Pour in the fried crabs. Add salt. Season with soy sauce. Boil with a little mineral water. Heat to collect the juice.
