Step1:Wash and slice green pepper and dried parsley.
Step2:Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic with oil.
Step3:Pour in the dried herbs and stir well.
Step4:Add soy sauce. Sugar.
Step5:Add a little salt and stir well.
Step6:Stir fry the shredded green pepper.
Step7:Pour in vinegar and a little chicken essence.
Step8:Finally, pour in sesame oil.
Step9:Stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
Cooking tips:You can stir fry it for a little longer to make it taste good. The amount of salt can be added as appropriate. The dried parsley itself has some salty taste, so as not to make the dishes too salty. Finally, add a little vinegar to improve the taste of the dish, making the simple dish more palatable.
