Cooking tips:After the potatoes are cut, soak them in cold water. Wash off the starch on the surface. The soup will look much more beautiful. I think this kind of soup is naturally delicious and the best. So I don't put any spices except ginger. Of course, the oxtail should be fresh. Soak it in cold water for at least 20 minutes before entering the pot. Add enough water at one time. Try not to add water in the middle of the pot. It's better to add cooked water.
