Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:The hairy crabs are washed and ready for use.

2. 

   Step2:Wash the perilla leaves and put them on the steaming rack.

3. 

   Step3:Put the cleaned hairy crabs on the steaming rack with Perilla. Remember to steam the crab shell downward.

4. 

   Step4:Let the steamer boil. Put in the hairy crabs. Steam for 10 minutes after boiling. Then simmer for another 5 minutes.

5. 

   Step5:Steamed hairy crabs.
