Step1:Mix 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp starch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 3 tbsp water to make sauce.
Step2:Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Shred onions. Slice carrot.
Step3:Add water to boil in the pot. Blanch the broccoli and carrot for 10 seconds, then take out the water to be used.
