I always like the fragrance of osmanthus. I always wanted to make my own food when I was young. Especially, I made my own favorite flowers into delicious ones. I gave them to my friends and lovers to share and taste.
Step1:Clean up the petals of Osmanthus after picking. Remove the stem
Step2:Soak the cleaned petals in light salt water for 20 minutes to remove the impurities in the petals and disinfect them. Soak them and pull them out
Step3:The petals are dried to no water (the smell of drying will lose a lot, and I put them in the air to dry
Step4:Prepare a clean, water-free and oil-free glass bottle. Lay sugar on the bottom of the glass bottle first, then bottle the dried osmanthus petals with sugar layer by layer. Finally, seal them with sugar. It can be eaten in two weeks. Keep the sweet osmanthus in the refrigerato
