Soft, waxy and sweet desserts are often the last part of a family feast. When you are full of wine and rich in vegetables, you can send a small dessert made of seasonal pumpkins. You can wait for praise. Freeze well in advance. Steam for 15 minutes before eating. -
Step1:Slice the pumpkin and steam it.
Step2:Add some pumpkins to the glutinous rice flour while it's hot. The proportion of pumpkins to flour. What I provide is the approximate amount. Please continue to add the amount of pumpkins according to the draught of flour in the process.
Step3:Knead into a ball. I didn't remove the pumpkin skin here, because I don't want to make it too fine. Keep more nutrition.
Step4:Make some hot water of Matcha, add some glutinous rice flour, and knead the dough.
Step5:Knead the dough into long strips and take small dosage pieces.
Step6:Put some cooking oil on your hands. Make the small dosage into a circle. Then put the bean paste ball in the center.
Step7:Wrap it up like a dumpling. Close up.
Step8:Close the mouth down. Press out the pumpkin grain with the handle of the spoon. Then squeeze out the pumpkin handle and stick it on it. If there is no tea powder, you can directly use raisins to replace the shape of the pumpkin handle. Steam. Place Zongye on the bottom of the heart. Put cold water in the pot. Steam for 15 minutes after boiling.

It must be boiled for a long time. Open the lid and boil most of the water. The bean paste is easy to form. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
