Step1:Cut the tenderloin into strips. The egg is scattered (with a foam) and then slowly dispersed with flour. The flour should not be added too much, otherwise there will be a small knot.
Step2:Heat the oil to 70% heat, then use a small fire. Roll the tenderloin with egg paste in the breadcrumb. Fry it until golden yellow. Put oil absorbent paper under the plate so it won't be greasy
