Braised spareribs are a real family dish. Every family can cook them. Children and adults like them, too. I named today's braised pork ribs not the same. Why not? In fact, it's very simple. I use frying instead of ordinary blanching water. High temperature frying can make more oil. It's suitable for the elderly. Deep fry and then stew until the ribs are crispy. The flavor is fragrant and the color is strong. -
Step1:Wash the ribs. Drain. Add chicken powder, ginger powder, salt. Marinate for more than 20 minutes.
Step2:Start the oil pan. Heat the oil and fry the ribs until they turn yellow. Remove and set aside.
Step3:Leave a little oil in the oil pan. Pour the ribs into the pan again. Add wine and soy sauce. Turn over a few times.
Step4:Add water, star anise, dry red pepper and sugar. Simmer slowly over medium heat after boiling.
Step5:When the soup is a little thick, add yellow lantern sauce. Adjust how much according to your taste. I can't eat spicy. Just add a small spoon.
Step6:When the soup is dry, you can put it in a plate and open it.
Cooking tips:When the ribs are fried, the oil temperature should be a little higher. In this way, when the oil is forced to stew, the water should be added a little more. At least, the ribs should not be used. It's a skill for the elderly to eat, so try to stew the crispy and delicious dishes.
