I used to eat this only during the Spring Festival. Now people's living standards have improved. Fried food is rarely eaten for the sake of health. But it's OK to eat it occasionally.

Step6:After all is done, put the oil in the pot. When the temperature of the oil rises, fry it in the oil pot. Turn it over and fry the other side after it turns yellow. Remove it after it turns yellow.

Cooking tips:1. Salad oil is best not fried to ensure health. 2. After rolling out the surface, do not apply too much oil in the middle of the surface. When there is too much oil, it will crack easily. 3. Roll the surface slightly, otherwise it will not be easy to ripen. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
