Step14:After Qifeng cake is cooled, turn over the mold and make a circle along the edge with saliva to separate the cake body from the mold. Take out the cake body. The movable bottom of the mold is still connected with the cake. It doesn't matter. Hold one side of the cake body with your left hand and hold the other side with your right hand. Squeeze the cake body laterally in the middle. Rotate the cake body in this way to continue to press. After all sides of the cake body are separated from the live one, apply a little force.
