Ten thousand stewed tofu and ten thousand stewed fish.
Step1:Wash the anchovies. Marinate with ginger powder, cooking wine and ginger for 1 hour. (the anchovies were caught in the river by themselves, so the sizes are different.
Step2:Heat tofu in hot water. Remove the beany smell. Slice mushrooms. Dice onions.
Step3:Cut the garlic, onion and ginger.
Step4:Heat up the oil. Fry the anchovies in the pan until they are golden on both sides. Set aside. Saute chives, ginger and garlic with the leftover oil of fried fish. Stir fry mushrooms until soft. Then stir fry with seafood sauce. Pour hot water, fish, tofu and soy sauce into the pot and stew until half juiced. Add onion and continue to stew until fully juiced. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame oil.
Step5:Let's put the pot on the plate. It's ready.
