Step1:Wash the dates and use a knife to reach the core.
Step2:Cut and remove the core with a hob and stick on it. (pay attention not to cut it in half in the middle. After cutting, it's still a whole jujube
Step3:Glutinous rice flour, add some hot water and form a uniform dough.
Step4:The glutinous rice balls are made into long and thin chopsticks. Cut into small dosage forms with a knife. The length is the same as that of red dates.
Step5:Put the small dosage of glutinous rice into the red dates and knead it. The glutinous rice dates made of jujube should be used as standby.
Step6:Put it into the steamer. The opening of the glutinous rice should face up to prevent it from sticking to the steamer after steaming.
Step7:Boil the water and steam for about ten minutes.
Step8:Put the steamed glutinous rice jujube into the plate and pour sesame sugar (osmanthus sugar) on it.
