Step1:Put the medium powder into the container. Add salt and some boiling water to stir it into snowflake shape. Then add some cold water to knead it into a dough with smooth surface. Then cover it with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes. (water needs to be added slowly, not a lot at a time). Then divide the dough into about 60g of dosage (I made seven of this recipe). Roll it into thin slices and brush it with a thin layer of oil.
Step2:Fold the skin with thin oil into long strips.
Step3:Roll the disc into a circle. Stand still for ten minutes. Roll it out into a circle.
Step4:Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil. Fry the pancakes in the pan and loosen them with chopsticks.
Step5:Put in tuna stuffing. You can also add other ingredients according to your taste.
Step6:Just roll it up.
