Step1:Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Keep parchment out of the two ovens. Place in oven.
Step2:Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Press the butter into the dry ingredients with your fingers. Stir the skim milk. Knead all the ingredients into a dough by hand.
Step3:Sprinkle a little flour on the table. Press the dough into 1 / 4 inch thick. Cut out small round cookies with a 2-inch-diameter Cookie Mold. Transfer to the baking tray. Leave a space of about 0.5 inch between the cookies.
Step4:Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or so until the oatmeal surface is golden. Take out the baking tray and place for 5 minutes or so.
Step5:Oatmeal can be kept for three days in a sealed jar. It's more delicious with cheese or jam.
