Step1:Tear off the old tendons at both ends of the beans. Break them into two sections. Wash and control drying.
Step2:Heat 250g oil. Put in the beans. Fry until the surface of the beans is wrinkled. Remove the control oil with a hedge.
Step3:Heat another pot. Saute minced meat, dried pepper, prickly ash, pickled mustard and garlic with 1 tablespoon oil.
Step4:Pour in the soy sauce and lentils and stir fry them. Turn off the fire when the lentils are ripe. Add salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir well.
