Cooking tips:Oil can be replaced by other oil without special smell. Because it's made of sugar. Cocoa flavor can be seen as well as small sugar granules. If you don't like it, you can change it into sugar powder. I made this recipe by myself. It's not too sweet and not too greasy. It's much brighter than the Matcha cookie I made with butter. It's not so crisp but it's OK. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
