My husband's favorite.
Step1:Steamed purple rice. Can also be steamed with rice. Viscosity is different.
Step2:Cut the pork into pieces. Stir fry it in the pot. Season with salt, soy sauce and sugar.
Step3:Mix the fried meat into the rice. Add in the soy sauce and some oil. Make sure the viscosity of the rice. Don't add too much. Just for seasoning.
Step4:Roll out the dumpling skin. Use tiger mouth to block the dumpling. Don't seal the mouth.
Step5:Steam for 15 minutes.
Cooking tips:It's easier to buy dumpling skin. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
