Cantonese like to eat River noodles just as northern people like to eat pasta. Almost every family can make different kinds of river noodles. Many Hong Kong style tea restaurants have this delicacy. It's easy. You can enjoy it in ten minutes~~
Step1:Unpack the rice noodles. (it's the same with the rice noodles sold in bulk in the market.) use a basin to hold them. Use chopsticks to separate them. Rinse and drain leek. Cut into section
Step2:Slice lean meat (one-third of the amount here is enough) and mix with salt, chicken powder and raw soy sauce to marinate it evenl
Step3:Heat the oil in the pan. Stir fry the lean meat in high heat until it is 9-mature. Pour down the rice noodles, add a little oyster sauce, stir for a while with soy sauce, then put down the leek section. Use your hands to lift the saucepan and stir it up and down evenly
Step4:OK ~ ~ enjoy the fragrant River noodles immediately.
Cooking tips:There's enough salt in the sauce without adding salt. It's too salty to eat. Pour down the leek and stir fry evenly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
