Step5:Stir fry pork tripe in oil for 1 minute. Stir fry the garlic and carrot. Add the pork tripe. Add some soy sauce, pepper and salt. Thicken the sauce slightly. Put it into a pan. (note that the whole pork tripe should not be stir fried for more than 4 minutes, i.e. 1 + 3 minutes
