Step1:The COD first returns to normal temperature naturally. Spread salt evenly on both sides. Dish and cover with plastic film. Marinate for several hours. It can be refrigerated during pickling.

Step4:15 minutes later, take out the baking tray, open the tin foil, and the attractive cod will appear in front of you. It's mouth watering.
Cooking tips:I bought the sauce for this octopus ball in the supermarket. It's delicious to make barbecue sauce. If you can't find it, you can buy your own sauce instead. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
