Sliced egg with fresh shrimp and asparagus.
Step1:After cleaning, remove the head and shrimp line. Peel the shell (leaving the tail). Cut the back with a knife. Stir in salt, cooking wine, white pepper, corn starch and egg white. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
