Step8:You can fry a black pepper onion ring. Mix it into the rice later. It will definitely improve the taste. Mixing half salted duck eggs with rice is my unique way of eating. The taste is extraordinary.
Step9:It's better not to open the lid of the casserole in the process of stewing rice. When the time is up, turn a spoon around the edge of the casserole to pour a spoonful of oil. Cover the lid. Turn on the fire for 20 seconds. The casserole is very crispy. I didn't use salt all the way. The sauce was delicious on the rice.
