The method comes from Jun Zhi. It's really amazing at the entrance.
Step1:Pour the milk and sugar into the milk pot. Heat and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Continue heating until boiling and turn off the fire immediately.
Step2:Pour in the dark chocolate cut into small pieces. Stir with a heat-resistant scraper or wooden spatula until the chocolate dissolves completely.
Step3:Add the butter cut into small pieces. Continue to stir until the butter dissolves.
Step4:Pour the mixed chocolate mixture into the broken egg mixture (or the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. It doesn't matter). Mix well.
Step5:Sift the flour into the mixture.
Step6:Keep stirring. The batter is ready.
Step7:Apply a thin layer of butter to the inside of the mold. Pour the batter into the mold.
Step8:Put the mold in the baking tray. Pour boiling water into the baking tray. Put the baking tray in the preheated oven at 175 ℃ for about 45 minutes. When the cake is fully expanded and the mold is shaken, the cake can be baked without any movement.
Step9:The cake out of the oven. After cooling for a while, carefully pour it out of the mould. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step10:The frozen cake. Cut it into small pieces with a knife. Roll it in the cocoa powder and make the surface stick with a layer of cocoa powder. You can enjoy it.
Step11:It's mellow and soft. It's very charming.
