Because we asked the restaurant to make a non spicy boiled fish. Today I thought if I could make it. I tried. It tastes good.
Step1:Wash the fish fillet, lettuce and bean sprouts bought back from the market. Cut ginger, garlic and coriander into small pieces. Put cooking wine, eggs, meal, salt, monosodium glutamate and fish in the bowl, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. Lettuce is spread at the bottom of the bowl.
Step2:Heat the oil in the bottom of the pot. Add in the ginger and garlic and stir fry the fish bones for 5 minutes. Add in the water. After the water rolls, remove the fish bones and season the fish soup. Pour the fish soup into the lettuce bowl.
Step3:Heat the oil in the bottom of the pot. Stir fry the fish slices. When the fish slices change color, pour the fish slices into the soup bowl. Leave the oil in the pan. Fry the bean sprouts. Put them in the bowl. Put the cilantro in the bowl and garnish it.
