It's cold. It's warm with porridge. There are squid and shrimp at home. So I decided to make seafood porridge.
Step1:After washing the rice, soak it in water for an hour, then drain it. Add a few drops of olive oil. Stir. Then add some water and pour into the pot. Turn to a low heat after boiling.
Step2:When cooking rice, cut cucumber, carrot and shrimp into pieces. Cut cuttlefish into shreds. Marinate with cooking wine.
Step3:When the rice is boiled, add shredded ginger, shrimp and cuttlefish. Cook slowly on low heat.
Step4:Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Step5:Add the carrot. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step6:Add corn, peas and cucumbers.
Step7:When the peas are cooked, put them out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Fresh peas, corn kernels and frozen peas and corn kernels in the supermarket are OK. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
