Step1:Shred pork. Marinate with cooking wine and egg white for 10 minute

Step3:Keep oil in the pot. Next few tablespoons of sweet sauce and a little sugar for seasonin
Step4:Stir with chopsticks. Wrap the shredded meat evenly with sauce
Step5:Cut the scallion into sections. Wrap it in spring roll skin
Cooking tips:1. Taste your own sweet sauce before making it. This one I bought doesn't have any sweet taste. So I need to add some sugar to make it sweet taste. There are skills for making delicious dishes.
