Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Little whitebait. Wash it. Drain it. Marinate it for half an hour.

2. 

   Step2:Break up the eggs for later use. Grab the fish with corn starch. Put a little salt in it. Then pass it through the egg liquid and wrap it with flour.

3. 

   Step3:Put the oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, put the small fish wrapped in flour into the pot. Fry until golden.

   Step4:Out of the pot. Sprinkle some black pepper. You can eat it
