This fried tomato and egg is my favorite dish since I was a child. It's sour, sweet and appetizing. ^_^-
Step1:1. Prepare required materials.
Step2:Wash the tomato. Remove the green stalk. Then cut a ten flower on the tomato with a knife.
Step3:Pour some water into the pot. Let the water boil. Put in the tomato. Turn it over with a spatula.
Step4:Take out the tomatoes. Peel them. Cut them into pieces.
Step5:Break up the eggs. Add a teaspoon of salt. Then a teaspoon of corn starch. (to make the eggs more tender and smooth
Step6:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Pour in the egg mixture. Fry over medium heat until the egg is smooth, then shovel it up for use.
Step7:Heat up the oil. Pour in the tomato. Stir quickly and add a small spoon of salt. Stir well.
Step8:Add in the scrambled egg. Stir well and then add in chicken essence for seasoning.
Step9:Out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallion. Enjoy. ^_
