This fried tomato and egg is my favorite dish since I was a child. It's sour, sweet and appetizing. ^_^-

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:1. Prepare required materials.

  2. Step2:Wash the tomato. Remove the green stalk. Then cut a ten flower on the tomato with a knife.

  3. Step3:Pour some water into the pot. Let the water boil. Put in the tomato. Turn it over with a spatula.

  4. Step4:Take out the tomatoes. Peel them. Cut them into pieces.

  5. Step5:Break up the eggs. Add a teaspoon of salt. Then a teaspoon of corn starch. (to make the eggs more tender and smooth
