I always forget to make some purple rice porridge in advance at home. Today, I used the cooking machine to make chrysanthemum rolls. There are just some bean paste left in them.
Step1:Add a little water to the purple rice and beat it into juice with a blender.

Step3:Mix together and add flour to make dough and let it rise twice as big in warm place.

Step5:Knead until the exhaust gas is divided into equal amount of small dosage and roll it into skin. Use a knife to scribble rice on the skin. In the middle, there is a bag of bean paste filling.
Step6:Pinch each side. Put the stuffing in the middle.

Step8:Put it in the middle of the steamer tray and sprinkle a little white sesame for decoration.
Step9:I made rose cake in the second drawer. It was also divided into five equal doses and rolled out in a staggered way. I made a small flower center. I pressed the dough with chopsticks. Just roll it up.
Step10:When it's rolled up, it becomes two roses by cutting it in the middle of the knife.
Step11:Today, I want to steam a cake which is connected. So I put it next to each other. Once I steam it, it will be connected.
Step12:The third layer is made of purple rice steamed bread.
Step13:Put on the pot in cold water. Wake up and fire for 20 minutes. Steam again for 20 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step14:Chrysanthemum rolls are coming out.
