Step1:Warm milk and yeast are added to mix and dissolve. After standing for 5 minutes, add flour and smooth dough that does not stick to hands. Place in a warm place and ferment to twice the size. Knead the dough for another 10 minutes, and then knead the air out.
Step2:Put onion and salt in the bowl and add some oil to mix them into onion oil.
Step3:Roll the dough into a rectangle, evenly apply the scallion oil, roll up the cut section, press down with chopsticks in the middle, and shape it.
Step4:Put it into the steamer for 2 times of fermentation. Steam for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire and steam for 5 minutes without opening the lid. This step can keep the steamed bread from shrinking. Actually, I don't think my fermentation is very good this time. The flower roll is flat.
