Step1:Cut the pork chop into small pieces, then soak it to remove the blood and water. Control the drying.
Step2:Add minced garlic and all seasonings to the steak and mix well. Marinate for more than 40 minutes.
Step3:Add some cooking oil in the pot. Heat to 180 degrees and fry the marinated ribs until golden.
Cooking tips:It's better to choose the fine steak with more meat. The best curing time is one day. 40 minutes minimum. It's better to have a medium fire before a big fire. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
