Step1:Peel and seed the pumpkin. Cut into small pieces. Steam until soft.
Step2:Take it out and press it into pumpkin paste to cool it.
Step3:Warm water dissolves yeast for use.
Step4:Medium gluten flour and corn flour are mixed and sifted for use.
Step5:Add the flour mixture and yeast water into the pumpkin puree to make a paste.
Step6:Pour it into the grinding tool (I used the 8-inch open bottom cake mold. Apply a layer of oil evenly at the bottom and around the mold in advance). Put it in a warm and humid place and ferment it to twice the size.
Step7:After fermentation, clean the raisins and put them in the flower shape. Put in the steamer. Heat until the water boils. Turn to medium heat. 30 minutes in total.
Step8:The steamed cake can be cooled and demoulded.
Cooking tips:If you want more sweetness, you can add some white sugar. Because children don't eat sugar well, and pumpkins are sweet, so I didn't add it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
