Step1:Rinse the eel. Take the middle part.
Step2:Fish under the slice. Absorb water. Pat starch on both sides.

Step6:Put 8 parts of water, 2 parts of soy sauce, 1 part of cooking wine and half of brown sugar into the pot.

Cooking tips:I use sea eel this time. It is said that eel rice uses river eel. Try again next time I buy it. Hehe ~ there are skills in making delicious dishes.
