This is the baked rice specially ordered by my fat classmate ~ ~ he likes olives very much and especially the crispy baked rice on the upper and lower layers. He has been making it for three consecutive days. But for someone like me who eats rice for almost every meal, I'm happy to toss all kinds of rice~~~~~
Step1:Accessories.
Step2:Soak mushrooms and cut into small pieces; cut onions into small pieces; wash rice
Step3:Cut the olive into small circles; cut the shallot into thin circles; cut the tomato into small dices; cut the shallot into grains
Step4:Mix the onions and olives together
Step5:Add tomato sauce, salt and a little pepper to the diced tomato and onion. Add a cup of hot water
Step6:In a hot oil pan, stir in the onion to make it fragrant
Step7:Add mushrooms and stir fr
Step8:Stir fry rice for half a minute and season with salt and pepper
Step9:Use a pot that can be put into the oven. First brush with oil. Pour in about 2 / 3 of tomato hot water. (it's also OK to use a baked rice plate
Step10:Put in half fried mushroom rice first
Step11:Spread in olive and scallion
Step12:Put in the remaining half of shiitake rice
Step13:Pour in the remaining tomato hot water
Step14:Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. (the small oven can't adjust the temperature and fire power. The time is only for reference.
