Step1:Remove the head, shell and back of the shrimp, wash them and drain them.
Step2:Use a little salt. Mix the cooking wine and marinate for a while.
Step3:Fold three or four pieces of wonton skin together and cut into thin wires. If you stick some flour, shake it loose.
Step4:Pour some corn starch into the plate. Dip both sides of the marinated shrimp with corn starch.
Step5:Knock the eggs into a bowl and break them up.
Step6:Cut a cucumber into smaller slices for later use.
Step7:Hot oil in the frying pan. First, fry wonton shreds, golden brown, crispy, drained oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper and mix well.
Step8:Then dip the shrimp covered with corn starch into the egg liquid.
Step9:It's golden on both sides, too. Drain the oil from the pot.
Step10:Cover the fried prawns with salad dressing, then put them into wonton shreds and roll them with both hands to a plate.
