I especially like seafood. Especially seafood with butter. It's perfect. But many restaurants have common sauces, so I use dried morel and cream here. It has a strong fragrance for the sauce. With fried scallops, it is very satisfying.
Step1:Wash scallops. Dry kitchen paper. Prepare in dish.
Step2:Make the sauce first. Choose a small stainless steel pot with handle. Stir fry butter, onion, garlic and Morel. Be careful not to fry.
Step3:Add cream. Cook until thick. Season with salt. Filter the sauce through a sieve.
Step4:Add water to the morel and cook until soft. Pick out. Dry up. Set aside.
Step5:In addition, prepare a pan. Add olive oil. Heat the pan.
Step6:Salt and pepper the scallops on both sides.
Step7:Fry both sides until golden. Simmer the scallops in butter.
Step8:If the sauce is cool, heat it before removing the scallops. Or put it in the oven and heat it for 50 degrees.
Step9:Fry the scallops, take them out, put them on the plate, pour on the sauce, and put on the dried Morel. Finally, sprinkle the ground black pepper for seasoning. Done.
Cooking tips:Seafood must be fresh. I think 50% of the reasons are due to the freshness of raw materials. If there are black mud, viscera and yellow eggs next to the scallops you bought, you must clean them and have skills in cooking.
