Dry fried string beans is one of my favorite ways to eat string beans. As long as you buy string beans at home, you must make a dry fried string beans first. It doesn't match white rice. I can also eat a whole plate_ O haha~
Step1:Tear the bean tendons, break them into sections, wash them and drain them for us
Step2:Mince the minced pork in advance. Mix in some cooking wine and raw soy sauce. Stir well
Step3:Remove the garlic coat, wash it, and chop it up
Step4:Then cut some ginger, red pepper and wash them. Cut the slant section (red pepper is best replaced by dry pepper. There is no dry pepper in my family)
Step5:After the wok is heated, pour in some oil and heat it up
Step6:Pour in string beans. Stir fry over high heat
Step7:Stir fry the kidney beans and wrinkly the skin, then dish them out
Step8:Leave some oil in the pan and stir fry the minced meat
Step9:Put the minced meat aside. Stir fry the ginger and garlic
Step10:Mix minced meat with chopped ginger and garlic. Stir fry them together; put in the Fried String beans
Step11:Add red pepper. Stir fry slightly
Step12:Stir in salt, sugar and chicken essence, stir evenly, and then start cooking
Cooking tips:1. It's better to replace red pepper with dry pepper. Fried green beans with dry pepper are more fragrant; there are skills to make delicious dishes.
