When I went to the pastry room, my daughter always liked puffs. Since I bought an oven last year and learned how to bake, I haven't gone. I've made cakes, bread, biscuits and so on. But puff never made them. This is my first time to make a puff. It's quite successful. It's crispy skin. It's filled with some fruits and cream I like. It's really delicious. Use yogurt instead of cream in the future
Step1:Prepare material
Step2:Put salt, sugar, water and butter into the pot. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat
Step3:Turn down the heat. Pour the flour in one time. Stir quickly. Stir until the flour and water are completely combined. Turn off the heat
Step4:Spread the dough. Let it cool
Step5:When the flour cools down to the point where it is not hot, pour in the egg liquid several times. Mix it to the batter each time to fully absorb the egg, and then add it again.
Step6:You don 't have to use up all the egg liquid in the formula. Pick up the batter with chopsticks. The batter is in an inverted triangle and won' t slip
Step7:Spoon it onto the baking pa
Step8:Preheat the oven at 210 degrees. Bake the middle layer at 210 degrees for 10 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step9:Take it out and let it cool. Cut it open and put your favorite filling in the middle
Cooking tips:Don't open the middle of the oven when baking to prevent it from collapsing. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
