Step8:Pour the water into the skin. 8-9 minutes. Put it in the preheated oven. Heat up and down, middle layer, 220 degrees, about 15 minutes and it will be finished.
Step9:Put it into the gift egg tart box, and it will become a kind gift for relatives and friends.
Cooking tips:This is a half measured recipe. The finished tarts are very crisp. You can make a large number of egg tarts once baked and put them in the refrigerator for freezing.
