Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Salmon descaling and cleanin
Step3:Spread salt evenly on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step4:After marinating, dry the surface with kitchen paper.
Step5:Pour the olive oil into the non stick pot. When it's 70% hot, put in the salmon. The fish skin is facing down.
Step6:Moderate the heat. Fry the fish skin until it's brown and turn over. The fish is very tender. Turn it over gently. My fish broke by accident
Step7:Fry until the fish turn yellow. Turn off the heat.
Step8:When out of the pot, sprinkle with black pepper and oregano leaves. (it can also be sprinkled before leaving the pot.) Squeeze in lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped Italian celery. It can be served with mashed potatoes, French mustard and white wine.
Cooking tips:Salmon is very tender. It doesn't need to be fried too long. The color should be a little yellow. When frying, you can also pour some white wine into the dish.
