Dad likes chicken gizzards. I made them myself. They taste good.
Step1:1. Wash the chicken gizzard and cut into thin slices for standb
Step2:2 cut the red pepper into small pieces, scallion into shreds, ginger into small pieces, green pepper into diamond shaped pieces for standb
Step3:3 add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, half ginger, half shallot and 1 red pepper. Then mix the chicken gizzards and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step4:4. After the soy sauce is heated, add the scallion, ginger and stir fry. Then pour in the marinated chicken gizzard and stir fry. Stir for about 15 minutes, add the green pepper and a little salt, stir for a few times and then out of the pot
Cooking tips:Don't add water when marinating and frying. Be sure to keep half of the scallion slices and ginger powder to stir fry and make dishes delicious.
